Northwest Integrated Health, known as NWIH, is a multidisciplinary medical and wellness clinic in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. It was founded by Burk Thomas, DC and Christina Fisher, DNP, FNP-BC and opened its doors in Coeur d'Alene in 2020. Its stated approach is rooted in functional medicine, emphasising preventative care, the underlying causes of disease and treatment tailored to individual biochemistry. Clinical services span hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, peptide therapy, weight-loss management, PRP therapy, IV nutrient therapy, chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, headache management and massage therapy. Its medical aesthetics arm, The Aesthetic Room, offers neuromodulators including Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, facial fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, aesthetic PRP, chemical peels, custom facials, BBL broadband light, Moxi laser and laser hair removal. The clinic also runs a separate supplement store.
