About Northstar Dental

Dr. Trevor grew up in Michigan, and attended Hope College in Holland, Michigan where he obtained his bachelor's degree in psychology. Following college, he moved to Ann Arbor to attend dental school at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). After dental school, he then pursued a position in the non-profit public health sector of dentistry, where he saw many patients with low income, many dental problems, and high levels of dental anxiety. Through this experience, Dr. Trevor is passionate about creating a comfortable environment and practicing with empathy. Dr. Trevor considers himself a lifelong student of dentistry, participating in numerous continuing education courses throughout each year. He is an active member of the Spear Study Clubs, collaborating with other local dentists and specialists to discuss complex cases in order to better treat his own.
