About Northbrae Dentistry: Sam Vijeh, DMD

Dr. Sam Vijeh is a Bay Area native who grew up in Contra Costa County. He earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (DMD) at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health (ASDOH). He chose this program as it was the only school in the country with a huge emphasis on public health dentistry. It offered the opportunity to hone his skills in high needs areas. It was while working rotating in community health clinics that he found his passion for the type of dentistry that focused on patient centered care and the conservation of tooth structure. Dr. Vijeh has rotated to community health clinics across the country including rural New Mexico, inner cities of Washington State, and clinics in Concord, CA. It was in these settings that he was able to help those most in need and find creative solutions for patients who could not afford ideal treatment.
