About North Roanoke Dental Associates

Dr. Rhodes earned his bachelor’s degree in microbiology and his master’s degree in biological sciences from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. After four years serving youth as collegiate campus minister, he relocated to Virginia and earned his Doctor in Dental Surgery (D.D.S) from Virginia Commonwealth University (MCV). Dr. Rhodes pursued a residency heavy in periodontal surgery and prosthetics, earning an advanced education in general dentistry (AEGD) at the Birmingham VA Medical Center. Dr. Rhodes has volunteered his time at many of the local free clinics in the area including the Bradley Clinic, Fralin Clinic and free clinic in Botetourt. He is also highly committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills to better serve the dental care needs of his patients and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.
