Meet Dr. Mandalene Mirkhah Meet the Team Why Choose Us Testimonials Dr. Mirkhah was born and raised in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University and furthered her education by receiving her Master s in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Tulane University. From there, she attended the New York University College of Dentistry, graduating in the top five percent of her class. Dr. Mirkhah has always wanted to give back to the community, especially to the underserved population and our veterans, having a family of her own that has served. She completed her one-year general practice residency at the Veteran Administration Hospital in New Jersey. Having the opportunity to experience living in different states and cultures, Dr. Mirkhah and her family decided to return to their roots in Arizona.
