We are a team of licensed and experienced Estheticians on a mission to redefine the narrative surrounding body waxing and skin imperfections. Founded by Jowell Powell, Norie LWC was born from the desire to create an oasis within the beauty and skincare industry where black women and other women of color feel truly embraced, understood, and catered to. We understand the weight of the stigma surrounding hyperpigmentation and ingrown hairs, especially on pubic areas. We also recognize the deeper impact these concerns can have on a woman’s confidence and her ability to live life as her most empowered and self-assured self.
