Topilow, M.D., an ophthalmologist fellowship-trained in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her cosmetic expertise includes functional and cosmetic eyelid surgery, brow and forehead surgery, and cosmetic injectables including BOTOX Cosmetic and dermal fillers. She completed a 2-year ASOPRS-accredited oculoplastics fellowship at UC San Diego's Shiley Eye Institute after ophthalmology residency at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.
