She is great at understanding how balanced hormones can optimize your health, as well as help you feel better in the gym or at home. Justin is a military veteran with more than 11 years of experience in healthcare. He is a board-certified healthcare professional with a speciality in critical care, and is trained in adult functional metabolic NF regenerative medicine and bio-identical hormone replacement. He also enjoys competitive powerlifting, strongman, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He's the resident expert in sports-related and chronic overuse injuries, as well as helping you feel and perform at your best.
