NeoVision is an ophthalmology practice with two offices in western Pennsylvania, in Pittsburgh's South Side and in Charleroi. It is led by Lawrence L. Gipson, MD, FACS, a board-certified comprehensive eye surgeon who trained at the University of Pittsburgh. Clinical services include LASIK, cataract surgery, glaucoma and retina care, dry eye treatment and an optical shop. The practice also runs an in-house aesthetics arm, NeoMedSpa, offering Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, laser hair removal and laser skin resurfacing.
