Nativa Medical Aesthetics is a medically led injectable and skin practice in Buda, Texas, founded by Claudia Sanchez, PA-C, who is its clinical lead and performs the treatments. The injectable menu covers neuromodulators for the upper face, lower face and masseter, hyaluronic acid fillers for the cheeks, chin, jawline, lips, perioral area, under-eye and earlobes, and collagen biostimulators including Radiesse and Sculptra. Skin treatments include SkinPen microneedling, VI medical-grade chemical peels, PRX Derm Perfexion, skin tag removal, B12 injections, scar treatment and medical-grade skincare. Sanchez has been a board-certified physician associate since 2012 and has specialised in medical aesthetics for seven years, training with dermatologists and plastic surgeons including advanced cadaver-based courses and the AMWC conference in Monaco. Elizabeth Hughes, MD, a Stanford-trained dermatologist and former Stanford faculty member, serves as the practice's medical director.
