National Wellness Group is a concierge holistic and functional medicine practice in Boca Raton, Florida, founded by Dr. Marina Yuabova, DNP, APRN. Care is organized around a proprietary 5R Method and delivered through four internal programs covering fertility, root-cause restoration, longevity and performance, and sexual wellness. Services include functional medicine consultations, gut and thyroid work, peptide and hormone therapy, IV nutrient therapy, PRP injections, and a holistic aesthetics line offering PRP facials, PRP hair restoration, thread lifts and dermal fillers. Enrollment is application-gated and deliberately limited. The practice sees patients in person in South Florida and by telehealth in Florida, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia and Texas.
