Dr. Amanda Nahhas, DO, FAAD Dr. Amanda Nahhas is a board-certified dermatologist, specializing in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Dr. Nahhas is a University of Michigan graduate, earning a Bachelor of Science in Brain, Behavior and Cognitive Science. She attended medical school at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine then completed her internship and three-year dermatology residency at Beaumont-Farmington Hills in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She also completed a clinical research fellowship in the Department of Dermatology at Henry Ford Hospital, where she published numerous articles and helped conduct clinical trials focused on photomedicine, vitiligo and hidradenitis suppurativa. Dr. Nahhas is board-certified through the American Board of Dermatology and is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
