About My Menopause

My Menopause is a menopause and perimenopause care practice in Lincoln, Nebraska, founded in September 2024 by Amy McCracken, DNP, APRN, MSCP, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner who has also worked in gastroenterology since 2006. Bridget Brodecky, MSN, APRN, MSCP, also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, joined the practice as a second provider. The practice combines gastroenterology background with menopause expertise to address hormonal and digestive symptoms together, offering in-person visits in Lincoln and telehealth across Nebraska. It does not contract with insurance and provides superbills for patients to submit themselves.
