Dr. Mary Theresa Lewis is a board-certified ENT, head and neck surgeon specializing in advanced Botox, Dysport, fillers, Morpheus 8, and facial balancing. Dr. Mary Theresa Lewis proudly served 24 years in the United States Army. She graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2003. She then went on to graduate from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 2007. She completed her ENT, head & neck surgery residency in 2012 from Joint Base Lewis McCord in Tacoma, Washington.
