Modera Clinic & Med Spa is a combined family medicine practice and medical spa serving the northern Dallas-Fort Worth suburbs, with offices in Little Elm, Prosper and Frisco, Texas. The clinic side provides primary and urgent care, wellness exams for all ages, acute and chronic care management, mental health counseling, weight loss programs and functional medicine, supported by in-house labs, telemedicine and extended urgent care hours. The practice holds an in-patient care partnership with Medical City Frisco. Med spa services include non-surgical body sculpting with Morpheus8, laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, Botox Cosmetic and dermal filler injectables, IV vitamin therapy and physician-curated at-home skincare. The clinical team is led by family physician Trevor K. Huber, DO, with three board-certified nurse practitioners.
