MIORA Performance + Longevity is the precision and longevity medicine brand of Life Time, Inc., and this clinic operates inside Life Time Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Care begins with the Metabolic Code assessment, which analyzes more than 70 biomarkers across five physiological triads alongside a symptom review to produce a personalized plan for a one-time fee of $599. Continuing care is sold as monthly subscriptions covering weight loss, hormone optimization, and performance and longevity. Treatments include GLP-1 medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone and testosterone therapy, thyroid optimization, peptide therapy, NAD+ and sexual health prescriptions, delivered by licensed clinicians in person or by telehealth. MIORA is a cash-based integrative clinic that does not accept insurance and is not intended to replace a primary care provider.
