About Mina Dental Associates

Dr. Michael Sarraf has been practicing dentistry, in the city of Gloucester, since opening Mina Dental Associates in 2004. He named the practice after his mother, Mina, which coincidentally means "enamel" in Farsi. He thought it was the perfect name for a dental practice that protects the enamel of patient's teeth. His mother lives in Springfield, Missouri with his father, where Dr. Sarraf grew up. Always a strong student, he received an academic scholarship to SMSU. Dr. Sarraf also enjoys soccer, weight lifting, jogging, and skiing. He played soccer all his life, and actually started a soccer team in dental school. After completing his education and residency in New York, he decided to remain in the North Shore area. He was drawn to the beautiful landscapes and friendly people. Dr. Sarraf currently lives in Middleton with his wife, Tina, son, Aaron, and daughter, Abigail. He loves all aspects of dentistry, but does not believe in heroic dentistry! ST.
