About Midtown Dental Arts

Dr. John Fonder hails from northern Illinois, having received his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Western Illinois University. He is married to Ashley and has two twin daughters, Sarah and Allison. He is preceded in the dentistry profession by his father, Dr. A.C. Fonder, a general dentist and pioneer in the fields of maxillofacial prosthetics and TMD therapy. Inspired by his father’s achievements, Dr. Fonder earned his own dental degree from Oral Roberts University and has proudly served the Tulsa area since 1985. It is his personal goal as a dentist to create a friendly and caring environment within his practice and deliver quality dental care. He has received the C.V.
