About Middleton Family Dentistry

Middleton Family Dentistry was established in 1983. Today it is co-owned by Dr. Mat Middleton and Dr. Shim, with a team of associate dentists across two Fort Wayne offices, the same family-style care, carried forward. Co-owner of Middleton Family Dentistry and the dentist behind our implant casework and sedation visits. Co-owner of Middleton Family Dentistry and the dentist behind our aesthetics services. Fort Wayne native, IU School of Dentistry graduate. The associate dentists carry the week-in, week-out work of the practice: the cleanings, the cosmetic cases, the restorative rebuilds, and the patients who come back for decades.
