The Polished Card is valid for one service per month (January December). Services do not roll over unused services are forfeited for that month. Members receive two complimentary months of service in June and December as a thank-you for their loyalty. Appointments are available Monday through Friday only and are subject to availability. Due to high demand, we recommend booking early in the month to secure your preferred time. We cannot guarantee availability during the final days of each month. The card is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the card. Each guest must present their physical card at check-in. No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as that month s service. Lost cards cannot be replaced, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
