Dr. Lynna Pillai is a 2005 graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. She was born and raised in Elmont, NY. Upon graduation, Dr. Pillai went on to complete a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at NYU Lutheran Medical Center where she received advanced training in all aspects of dentistry including root canal therapy, crown and bridge, cosmetic dentistry and implants. Dr. Pillai has lived in Michigan for the past 16 years where she owned her own private dental practice. She is excited to be back home in NY with her family. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband Justin, and three children Akhil, Leila, and Zayne. Practice Philosophy I believe that the best care is preventative care. I work hard to work with my patients so that together we can reach a level of optimal oral and overall health. I love to take someone who is overwhelmed or scared of dental care and help them understand and overcome their dental fear and aggravation. Favor
