Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@luxmedspabrickell.com within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the product. To expedite the process, please include clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Delivery Fees: A flat fee of $12.00 will be applied to each product for shipping and handling. We currently offer delivery within the United States only. Delivery Time: Please allow 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) business days for your order to arrive after you receive your processing confirmation email. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or public health emergencies.
