In July 2022, Lumi Lasers & Aesthetics was born out of a desire to create a welcoming, inclusive environment to promote women and men to feel comfortable and beautiful in their skin. After spending numerous years as a 911 dispatcher, Lydia Kafader found herself in need of a more flexible schedule as a single mother. Motivated by her daughter and supported by her loved ones, she made the decision to pursue a new path in esthetics, specializing in laser treatments. As she completed her training and obtained certification, a vision began to form within her—a place where everyone could feel embraced and comfortable. Lydia completely gutted and renovated the current Lumi space herself with the help of family and friends. She has worked diligently to create a welcoming and affordable shop with a variety of services. There is something for everyone at Lumi Lasers & Aesthetics, and they are always learning and adding on to their service menu.
