Lotus Health is a Direct Primary Care practice in Salt Lake City, UT led by Dr. Melissa Chan, MD, who is double board-certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. The membership-based practice combines primary care, urgent care, chronic care, and medication management with a focus on perimenopause and menopause care, hormone therapy, and adult and pediatric ADHD evaluation. Dr. Chan trained at the University of Utah and completed a fellowship in Medical Humanities at Georgetown University, with prior clinical experience at UC Berkeley and Kaiser Permanente Oakland.
