Longevity LAB MD is a physician-guided concierge longevity practice on South Red Road in the Coral Gables area of Miami, Florida. It was founded and is medically directed by Dr. Margarita Ibañez de Sendadiano, a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 18 years of clinical experience who is certified through the Age Management Medicine Group in longevity, preventive, regenerative, weight loss, and peptide therapy. The practice limits its patient panel to provide extended visits and 24/7 physician access, and sells membership in three tiers spanning advanced laboratory work, DEXA scanning, whole-body MRI, genomic and liquid biopsy testing, IV therapy, and Hocatt sessions. Clinical services include bioidentical hormone replacement, peptide therapy, metabolic optimization, and advanced biomarker testing. A separate physician-supervised metabolic and GLP-1 weight management program is offered on a monthly basis.
