Longevity Health is a physician-led concierge longevity practice founded by Jesse Levey, offering a deliberately capped-panel membership across four metros: San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and South Florida. Members are assigned a dedicated care team made up of a longevity-focused physician, a nutritionist, an exercise physiologist and a strength and conditioning coach. The programme is built on advanced diagnostics spanning more than fifty biomarkers, alongside DEXA body composition, VO2 max, continuous glucose monitoring, sleep and gut testing, with coronary artery calcium scoring for cardiovascular risk. A separate concierge primary care line adds an in-person physician relationship and 24/7 urgent care coordination through partner facilities. The practice is membership-funded at $12,500 per year and does not accept insurance.
