We require a non-refundable deposit for all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your scheduled appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment one time (before the 24-hour window) without losing your deposit. If you cancel within the 24-hour cancellation window or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Lola's Med Spa was founded by me, Jamie Pohlmann Reyes, in 2021 right here in St.Bernard Parish.
