About Livingston Smiles - Steven Cohen, DMD

Dr. Cohen grew up in Westfield, New Jersey and attended Westfield High School in Westfield, New Jersey. From there, Dr. Cohen received a B.A. in History from Syracuse University. He received his dental training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry now Rutgers University where he received his D.M.D.. After graduating, Dr. Cohen completed a Fellowship in Oral and Maxillo-Facial surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, University Hospital. Dr. Cohen then joined the Bayonne Dental Group in Bayonne New Jersey, where he practiced for 20 years. During his first two years of practice, Dr. Cohen received a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry from the New Jersey Implant Institute. Dr. Cohen continued his education by completing the necessary prerequisites to obtain a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry.
