LiteWell Madison is a physician-led medical weight loss and hormone therapy clinic serving the greater Madison, Wisconsin area from a location at 1701 Deming Way in Middleton. Part of the LiteWell network, it combines in-person nursing support with physician-directed care for patients across Dane County and Wisconsin, and all Wisconsin clinical care is directed by Kyle Kingsley, MD, a Wisconsin-licensed physician named as its medical director. Its services are medical weight loss including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide when clinically appropriate, hormone replacement therapy for women, and testosterone replacement therapy for men. Care follows a structured five-stage pathway — a free medical fit call, a Premier Discovery Intake combining comprehensive lab testing with an extended questionnaire, a clinical strategy session, a three-month optimization phase and ongoing maintenance. Laboratory evaluation covers fasting insulin, glucose and A1c, lipids, hs-CRP, and thyroid and sex hormone panels. The clinic operates outside insurance networks on a direct-pay basis.
