Life Balance Wellness, also known as Life Balance Medical Center, is a holistic wellness clinic in Roscoe, Illinois, founded by Dr. Alecia Arn, DC, and operating for more than two decades. The clinic combines chiropractic care with functional medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight loss for patients with metabolic and hormone-related conditions. Clinical staff include Chandra Smith, FNP, trained in functional medicine and hormone therapy, and Alicia Shelton, RN, a certified BHRT and Lyme disease specialist. The practice also offers hyperbaric oxygen and ozone therapy, and serves the Stateline region spanning northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
