The practice s journey began in humble surroundings—a small 700-square-foot basement office with a big mission: to provide compassionate, state-of-the-art oral surgery care to patients in need. This mission was inspired by Dr. Tomas Barrios, a dear friend and mentor to Dr. Herbst, whose dedication shaped the early identity of our practice. When he became ill, she was honored to support him in caring for his patients and ultimately stepped in to continue the work he had so passionately begun. The name is more than just a label. It represents her legacy, her story, and her continued dedication to serving both patients and referring providers with the highest standard of care. We are a 100% family-owned and operated practice, built on the same core values and mission of community service and clinical excellence.
