Elvia Palumbo was born in Panama Republic of Panama in 1972. She has a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Biology from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tennessee. Elvia is also a graduate of Vogue College of Cosmetology, Mcallen, Texas, and Licensed Esthetician in the state of Texas. Le Chic Esthetics is a Hispanic Veteran Female owned business. Elvia proudly served for 22 years in the United States Army as a UH-60 BlackHawk Helicopter Instructor Pilot, achieving the highest rank in the Warrant Officer Corps.
