It was founded and is owned by Lisa Rezvan, who filed the company's articles of incorporation in April 2022 while living in Los Angeles, moved to Florida that July, and opened the clinic in Wesley Chapel in July 2024, expanding it with additional providers and treatments within its first year. Clinical care is delivered by an aesthetic nurse practitioner and a physician assistant; no physician medical director is named on the site. The menu covers Botox and dermal fillers including lip filler, Sculptra, radiofrequency microneedling, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels and facials, and a regenerative medicine line. The practice is an authorised Skin Type Solutions skincare partner and offers facial memberships and financing through Cherry.
