Dr. Eliana Valdez was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and was interested in the medical field from an early age. She originally wanted to become a forensic doctor before her mother encouraged her to pursue dentistry as her profession. After seeing how dentists could change the lives of their patients for the better, Dr. Valdez decided to enter dental school in the Dominican Republic, graduating in 2008. After operating her own practice for a year, she moved to Chile to undertake a residency in prosthodontics. Then, Dr. Valdez met her husband and moved to the United States in 2010. After working
