Kurtz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a nurse practitioner who trained first in esthetics and later in trauma nursing before moving into aesthetic and wellness medicine. The practice pairs aesthetic services such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser hair removal, RF microneedling and CO2 resurfacing with hormone optimization, medical weight management, IV therapy, IV ozone and ultrasound-guided PRP. It does not accept insurance and offers memberships, telemedicine and financing.
