Our story began in 1974 , when Dr. Greg Kraner graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry and opened his doors with a vision—to serve patients with compassion, skill, and a true family touch. Over the decades, he built lasting relationships and set the foundation for the quality and trust that define Kraner Family Dentistry today. In 2006 , his son Dr. Matt Kraner joined the practice, carrying on his father’s legacy while bringing fresh innovation, technology, and a passion for growth. Together, they created what KFD is known for today—a place where generations of families experience dentistry that truly “Wows.” For more than 18 years , we’ve proudly served the Wentzville community, helping patients feel cared for, confident, and genuinely at home. Our team lives out our We Wow mission every day—creating a family atmosphere while making our patients feel better, look better, and love coming to the dentist. Now, we’re excited to expand our reach with a second location in O’Fallon, Missouri
