Kovach Eye Institute is a Chicago-area ophthalmology and oculoplastics practice founded by Kevin J. Kovach, MD in 1996, with locations in Elmhurst, Naperville, South Barrington, and Lincolnwood, Illinois. Dr. Kovach is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and was the first surgeon in Illinois to perform SMILE LASIK and implant the EVO Implantable Collamer Lens. Beyond general ophthalmology, the practice's oculoplastics division offers cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid and facial procedures including blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, brow lift, Botox, and dermal fillers.
