Dr. Esbitt graduated from the University Of Virginia in 1983 with a B.A. in Chemistry. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1988. In his fourth year, he completed an extensive internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Chester Crozier Hospitals in hospital dentistry and oral surgery. After dental school graduation, Dr. Esbitt completed a one-year residency in Dentistry at the Medical Center of Delaware (now Christiana Care).
