About Kelly Bui, MD (Washington Eye Surgeons)

Dr. Kelly Bui is a Seattle native who received both her Bachelor of Science and Medical Degree at the University of Washington. She went on to complete an internship in Internal Medicine at the prestigious University of Michigan followed by subspecialty training in Ophthalmology at the renowned Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary - University of Illinois in Chicago. To further enhance her training, she completed a Medical Retina and Uveitis fellowship at the Doheny Eye Institute University of Southern California. In 2014, Dr. Bui returned to practice in the Seattle area. She started her own practice, Washington Eye Surgeons, in 2023. Dr Bui is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She has authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and book chapters. She has been selected as both a Seattle Met magazine Top Doctor and a Castle Connolly Top Doctor.
