Dr. Melissa Talbott, founder of Just for Grins Dental, was raised in a small town southeast of Pueblo, Colorado, with her twin brother, Dr. Mark Montano. Inspired by her non-verbal son with autism, she pursued dentistry to provide compassionate, specialized care for children with special needs.
