About Jonathan Cook DDS (Center Street Dental)

Dr. Cook was born and raised in West Linn, Oregon, where he was inspired by his father, a successful orthodontist in Oregon City. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University. Dr. Cook began his dental career in 1998, running his own practice until 2004, when he took over Center Street Dental. Since then, he has been proudly serving the Oregon City community with exceptional care. Dr. Cook is deeply committed to providing the highest quality dental care while ensuring every patient feels comfortable and at ease. Our practice offers a full range of services, from general restorative dentistry to elective cosmetic treatments, including Invisalign, crowns, and veneers.
