Dr. Andrew Johns started practicing dentistry in Kansas City, where he first earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City . He has also obtained a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. In 2004, he joined the practice of Thomas Meyer here in Springfield. In 2010, he became a partner and formed Meyer & Johns Dental. With over 20 years of experience, following the retirement of Dr. Meyer in 2025, Johns Dental was formed. Dr. Johns is currently a member of the American Dental Association , the Missouri Dental Association , and the Springfield Dental Society . For more than 20 years, he has been certified by Align Technology to provide Invisalign® treatment to his patients. But Dr. Johns also prides himself on providing comprehensive general dentistry for his patients, so you don’t have to be referred out for different dental procedures.
