I was really nervous going in, but she immediately put me at ease. She sat with me, went over everything in detail, and even gave the numbing plenty of time to fully kick in. During the treatment she was so gentle and checked in constantly, lowering the settings any time I felt discomfort. I appreciated how attentive and caring she was.
