Integrative Family Medicine is a functional medicine clinic in Brentwood, Tennessee, established in 2014 and owned by nurse practitioner Dani Williamson, MSN, FNP. The practice begins with gut health and works outward to adrenal, thyroid and sex hormone health, with Hashimoto's thyroiditis a particular focus. It uses specialty testing including IgG food sensitivity panels, saliva hormone and adrenal testing, stool and SIBO studies and NutrEval micronutrient analysis, and hosts an on-site Quest lab draw station. Integrative Family Medicine is a direct-pay practice that does not file insurance, and works as a functional medicine consultancy alongside each patient's primary care physician rather than as a replacement for one.
