The Institute of Anti-Aging Medicine (IAAM) is an age-management and integrative medicine practice founded in 1997 by Peggy H. Fishman, M.D., and based in Louisville, Kentucky. Following Dr. Fishman's death in January 2023, the practice is led by a team of nurse practitioners and physician assistants under president Flip Fishman and vice president Stavan Bhatt. Care centers on bio-identical hormone therapy — including testosterone, thyroid and FDA-approved peptides — physician-supervised medical weight management with GLP-1 options, pharmaceutical-grade nutritional therapy guided by lab biomarkers, and a medical spa offering EXION, EMFACE, EMFEMME 360 and injectable treatments alongside NAD+ and wellness IV infusions. New patients receive 90-minute consultations and an extensive lab panel analyzing hormones, nutrients and metabolic markers before treatment. The practice sees patients in person in Kentucky and by telehealth, including from a Ridgefield, Connecticut base.
