Michiana’s premier, locally owned and operated, Sports Recovery and Wellness Center. Find your favorite recovery, feel your best, perform your best, and heal better! Cancellations are allowed with no penalty up to 6 hours advanced notice. Any cancellations less than 6 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any no call/no shows may be charged 50% for an equipment service, and 100% for a Massage service. These policies will be strictly enforced to protect our business, and therapists. Please plan ahead, respect our time, and mark calendars accordingly. Micah is a 12 year experienced Sports Massage Therapist, with a degree in Exercise Science, and certifications in Cupping, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Active Release Technique, and Sports Massage. He specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Range of Motion bodywork, while also customizing the session to every individual client’s needs.
