HRT Revolution is an Alabama functional medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement practice founded by Jonathan Rehberg, MD, FACOG, who practiced as a board-certified OB/GYN for nearly two decades before opening the clinic. It operates two locations, in Birmingham and Sylacauga, and offers telemedicine after an initial in-person visit, serving central Alabama including Greystone, Chelsea, Talladega, Anniston, Auburn and Tuscaloosa. The practice treats perimenopause, menopause and andropause with hormone replacement and testosterone therapy, and also addresses thyroid and adrenal support, gut health through GI-MAP microbiome evaluation, detoxification, and weight loss with metabolic peptides. Programs begin with comprehensive serum labs and DUTCH testing and are sold as all-inclusive twelve-month tiers named Foundation, Restore and Renew, following a $250 initial visit. Two nurse practitioners, Lauren Perry, WHNP-BC and Kyndra Wright, CRNP, see patients alongside Rehberg.
