House of Aesthetix is a non-surgical medical spa serving San Diego and Alpine, California. It was founded by nurse practitioners Kelly Peterson, NP and Janeane Horan, with facial oculoplastic surgeon Michael Peterson, MD as medical director. Its menu covers injectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra and Kybella), skin treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, HydraFacial, IPL photofacials, erbium resurfacing, laser hair removal, laser vein removal and tattoo removal), regenerative PRP and exosome therapy for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration, and a wellness and functional-medicine line spanning bioidentical hormone replacement, peptide therapy, IV hydration, vitamin injections, gut and allergy testing, and medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide.
