Meet Eric, the dedicated Business Administrator at Hope Dental Professionals, where he has served for over 20 years. Eric’s journey in the dental field began when he married Dr. Pate, and together they founded the practice in 2003. Eric wears many hats at the office, including Business Manager, COO, HR department head, maintenance man, and recycling coordinator. Passionate about serving patients and working with the fantastic team at Hope Dental Professionals, Eric is dedicated to providing excellent care in a caring and supportive atmosphere. Active in his community, he is involved with Joppa House of Prayer and the Influencers ministry and has organized teams to serve the poor in Honduras. Outside of work, Eric enjoys road biking, Kansas Jayhawk basketball, and following the Razorbacks. Misty manages
