Healthspan Longevity is a preventive health and longevity testing centre at 11 W Main Street in downtown Westborough, Massachusetts. Rather than prescribing treatment, it sells advanced diagnostics - blood biomarker panels, DEXA body composition and bone density scans, resting metabolic rate and VO2 max testing, coronary artery calcium scans, vascular ABI screening, at-home sleep apnea screening, cognitive and olfactory assessment and multi-cancer early detection - packaged into tiered Healthspan Panels. Coronary calcium CT scans are performed under a partnership with UMass at its Worcester campus. Programs are delivered by longevity coaches, with sleep protocols led by Chelsea Perry, a diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. The practice is cash-pay, does not work with insurance, and also sells executive and employer longevity programs.
